Kevin Kohles has been a Home-Builder/Developer in the Des Moines area since 1980. Through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Kevin has received the designations of Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) & is in the process of completing the NAHB’s highest & most prestigious designation of Graduate Master Builder (GMB). Kohles Homes’ commitment to it’s customers is reflected in these designations & by Kevin’s desire to provide the very best to his customers. Kohles Homes is a small volume design build home builder with a strong emphasis on quality & attention to detail. Kevin personally supervises each home & works directly with the homeowner from the design stage to the completion of the home. Through the NAHB, Jason Kohles has received the Certified Green Professional(CGP) designation which recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes— without driving up the cost of construction. This designation provides a solid background in green building methods, as well as the tools to reach consumers, from the organization leading the charge to provide market-driven green building solutions to the home building industry. Our residential projects that we developed are all executive style lots with restrictive covenants. Most of the completed homes in these plats were, or are being, built by Kohles Homes. Kohles Homes current focus is in the build-out of homes in all of these plats. Additionally, Kevin has designed and built hundreds of custom and ‘For-Sale’ homes in the Des Moines area.
